The conference is graciously hosted by the Long Room Hub Arts and Humanities Research Institute, Trinity College, Dublin. All lectures will take place in the Neill Theatre. The Neill Theatre is on the second  floor of the building, which  can be accessed via stairs  from the 1st floor reception or via elevator from the ground floor (ask a member of  staff for this option).

How to get here

To travel to Trinity College (or city centre in general) from the airport, take either the Airlink or Aircoach to O’Connell st and walk straight ahead (south) across the Liffey to College Green.Alternatively you may take the (cheaper but slower) local 16 which stops on Dame st, right outside the front entrance of the college. To get this bus, exit the arrivals hall and walk straight through the small building which houses the entrance to the parking garage. The local buses stop is behind this building. You can buy a ticket from the machine at the bus stop or from the driver.

If you are arriving by train, at Heuston station, you can either take the 145 or the 79 to Nassau street and Dame street respectively.

!! A note of caution regarding the buses: the bus drivers are currently in a dispute with the Dublin Bus company and have called a strike for Saturday October 29th. If this situation changes, this page will be updated accordingly.

A taxi from the airport to city centre will cost you anywhere between 25-35E on average, depending on the time of day.
